Overview

A complete HR management system for the client's workforce, going beyond standard HRM software with a custom-built physical attendance layer: dedicated RFID cards for every employee, wired directly into the platform.

The Challenge

Off-the-shelf HRM tools couldn't cover the client's mix of physical attendance tracking, custom payroll rules (lates, overtime, allowances, increments) and internal communication in one system.

What We Built

  • RFID attendance system: custom check-in/check-out using dedicated RFID cards per employee; the platform ingests card taps and computes attendance automatically
  • Automatic time calculations: lates, overtime, absences computed from raw check-in data
  • Payroll: one-click payroll generation; salary management, increments, allowance management
  • Employee profiles: every employee has a self-service profile: attendance history, reports, work records, salary details
  • Company news feed: announcement feed for company-wide communication
  • Real-time internal chat: Slack-style team messaging built into the platform
  • Reporting: dozens of specific HR reports across attendance, payroll and performance
